All students have the opportunity to take part in swimming lessons, which are used to further their mobility, and increase their confidence in a new environment.


Chess is used generally to stretch the mind, as boys have to visualise the location of the pieces in their heads. Chess is very popular at the school and a number of boys have gone on to reach international standards.

Like many people in India, the majority of the students are very keen on cricket, and they do not let their visual limitation hold them back. Test matches are closely followed and cricket matches are regularly held at the school for the boys to partake in.
